Performance: UMSCO's "Side Rail Track" provides as ESD safe, "Smooth as Silk" carrying edge. This profile handles a wide range of sizes, weights, and configurations for manual assembly. Carrying edge available in .125 to .250 inch guard bands.

Durability: A tough carbon impregnated Nylatron extrusion combined with our clear anodized Aluminum extrusion creates a strong, rigid conveyor rail with an ergonomic profile.

Versatility: UMSCO offers "Standard" modular concepts in single sided and double sided conveyor designs. This economical rail track may also be purchased separately and cut to your required lengths or configured into a custom application. "U" Shaped Assembly Module

This non-powered roller conveyor is designed to optimize manufacturing floor space.

Optional parts feeders may be connected to the back of each operator station to provide

a constant supply of components for each operation.

Stainless Steel work surfaces and parts bin shelves provide both "handy" and "handsome" work areas.

Assembly pallets are machined from a UHMW plastic and covered with an ESD safe Soft top to protect the product.

UHMW guides and galvanized steel rollers make transport of product from station to station smooth and effortless. Special detents hold the pallet in place at each station for assembly operations.

UMSCO's Standard 4 Station, "U" Shaped Assembly Conveyor
