UMSCO's 1000 Series Rail Track

• With over 30 years of service in the PCB manufacturing arena, UMSCO's clear anodized Aluminum extrusion rail track has a proven its dependability and performance.
• This "Power and Free" or "Non-Synchronous" type of conveyor, delivers an array of options for both manual and automated assembly conditions.
• A #40 carbon steel chain powers the conductive Nylon rollers for an ESD safe ride. Conveyor lengths of over 30 ft. can be driven by a single geared motor and deliver speeds from 0 to 30 ft. per minute.
• The "Free rolling" rollers provide a gentle and frictionless ride when products need to accumulate or wait in task or Queue.
• From simple point to point transfer, or fully equipped operator stations, UMSCO offers both standard and custom designs that will Exceed your Expectations.
• Rail Track with drive components may be bought separately so that you can retro fit your existing benches or integrate with special machinery.

Each of the modular sections are independently driven, and employ our Hand Wheel Width adjustment for quick and easy board width changes without stopping down line production.
