Sometimes called UMSCO’s "Fast Line". This sectional assembly conveyor offers more versatility than any other manual assembly conveyor on the market.

• Each 6 ft. section provides a 3 ft. work space for 4 operator (2 on each side of the line)
• Each up-line section can adjust to a new board width while the conveyor is running.
• Excellent lighting without the usual overhead frame support.
• Plenty of space for parts bin holders, in front of and above the operator
• Speed display offers an accurate and consistent pacing of assembly process.
• Optional PLC will provide timed indexing of assembly process.
• Increase or decrease the length of the line by adding or subtracting chain & frame work sections. (Some rewiring necessary.)
